‘Upwelling’ is ‘upwelling current = an oceanographic phenomenon that involves motion of deep water upward and vaporization at the surface layer.’
The phenomenon is confined to certain ocean areas.
Resistant power is working against the ordinary currents at there.
The dance likens the energy of upwelling current to human energy to live one’s life.
